Delivery and transport

Packages are generally dispatched within 48-72 hours upon receiving your payment. We use La Poste as a carrier. However, we can not be held responsible for any delay due to events beyond our control.

The national standard shipping method is Colissimo suivi. For other countries please contact us.

We will provide you with a link that allows you to track the online delivery of your package.

Conditions for the Return of an Order:

In the context of distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), you have under Article L 121-20 of the French Code consumption within seven (7) days to exercise your right to withdrawal without having to give reasons or to pay penalties, except for cost of return.

The authorized period runs from the receipt for the goods or the acceptance of the offer for services.

The return request is made by connecting to the site www.lepetitmondede.fr. Log in to "Your account" then "My orders"; your list of previous orders appears. Simply click on the number of the corresponding order to check the products you want to return. Fill in the reason for return and validate.

It will then give you a return number. You can then return your product within 7 days at your expense with the items in their original packaging.
You can choose between a refund of the purchase (by credit your account if you paid by credit card or by check (excluding return shipping costs)) or exchanging for another item of equal or lesser value.

The order of another item in replacement of your return or the monetary refund of your order will be issued only after verification by our customer service on the quantity and quality of items that were returned.

The articles must not have been used or have suffered any damage and be in the same condition as it was received.
This right of withdrawal is so without penalty, except for cost of return.View Terms of sale.
